Dr. Dalong Ma is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management at the University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Ma brings extensive experience in nonprofit governance, program development, and international collaboration, supporting CIPAF’s mission to promote artistic excellence, cultural exchange, and music education.
